Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy on items with the exception of personalised and electronic items (see below). Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.

Electronic products have a 21-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.
Personalised Products:
Please note that personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email within the applicable return period to request a return authorization. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you chose the EFT payment method, we will request you banking details in order to process the refund.
