Yes, we do offer courier. 

2. How long does delivery take? 

We strive to deliver your order to your door within 2-5 working days. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of placement.

We are based in Essenwood, Durban, South Africa 

Yes, you can collect from our premises, though prior arrangements will be required. 

You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order, together with an order number. 

• If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. 

Please note: All electronic devices come with a 21-day warranty. All qualifying returns must be returned in the original packaging. 

• In the event of you receiving a damaged/ defective product or the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product and pay for the courier costs to you. If we are unable to exchange the goods, we will refund the full amount of the the product including courier. 

• If you are dissatisfied with the product and it is still in its original condition, you can return it at your own expense and we will refund the purchase price only (excludes courier costs).

* Alternatively, damaged, defective, unsatisfactory and incorrect items can be dropped off at our showroom which is based in Durban. Prior arrangements must be made. The return and refund policy will still stand.
